Coverage

All LarkVolt products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This applies to the original purchaser only.

Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Component failure under normal use
• Battery defects (first 12 months)

Not Covered

• Accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Products from unauthorized resellers

Claim Process

1. Email support@larkvolt.com with order number and issue description
2. Include photos or video of the defect
3. We respond within 1-2 business days

Resolution

Depending on the issue, we offer replacement, repair, or refund.

Extended Warranty

Wholesale/B2B customers can request extended warranty (up to 3 years). Contact our wholesale team.
